I want to thank you and Inge for all the assistance you were on our entire house buying process.  Your efforts and work made the process so much simpler for us; from the initial phone call before we came down to the Phoenix area to start looking at houses up to the time we closed; the effort you put forth helping us was outstanding.  Our initial phone conversation gave you a good idea of the type of home we were looking for and you researched the available listings so we didn't waste any motion during the short  time we had together.
 
Once we had settled on the property in Fountain Hills, you were diligent  in representing our interests in the negotiations with the selling agent, helping to ensure we got the best deal possible.  Your knowledge of the  real estate market was a real asset to us.  Steve, the time you spent walking us through the contract to purchase, hooking us up with a reliable loan officer, assisting with the inspection process and always being ready to answer any question we had made the whole process much simpler than I had thought possible, especially when you factor in that we only had a few days to be in the Scottsdale area and most of the work was handled via long distance phone calls.
